The Webhook Call system action is a feature in AnyFleet Automations that lets AnyFleet share updates with an external system while a mission is running. When the automation reaches that step, the selected information is sent so users stay informed.
Before a Webhook Call system action is used in a mission, a user first needs to create a webhook. To create a webhook, refer to the following knowledge article Webhook Notifications.
Adding Webhook Call
In the mission setup, create the mission depending on your workflow.
Under System actions, click “+ Add” next to the “Webhook Call.”
Select the webhook you previously created in the Webhooks section.
Choose the information you want to send by checking the corresponding fields.
Save your changes.
When the mission is triggered and the instruction step where system action is used is reached, the webhook will be sent to the external system of choice.
